Storage Administration & Operations
Manage and administer enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS/Object Storage)

Backup & Restore Management
Perform data backup and restore operations as per defined policies and standards [Exhibit 2....e Services | Word]
Manage:
• Backup scheduling and execution
• Backup job monitoring and failure resolution
• Execute restores at File / Folder level VM / System level
• Handle backup using: Tape / virtual tape / snapshots / replication technologies [Exhibit 2....e Services | Word].

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Support
DR readiness and execution aligned with RTO/RPO requirements [MSMA007 HC...PG 5-7-26) | Word]




Assist in DR drills and ensure recovery procedures are validated

Monitoring & Incident Management

Investigate backup failures and storage issues, perform RCA
