Job Summary
Enterprise Mobility Management (MDM – Microsoft Intune) The Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) – Intune qualified is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions using Microsoft Intune. The role ensures secure access to corporate resources across mobile devices and endpoints while enforcing organizational security, compliance, and data protection policies. The position collaborates closely with IT security, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver a seamless and secure end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM solutions for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices
Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines
Manage application deployment, updates, and lifecycle using Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Implement Conditional Access policies integrated with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
Enroll and manage corporate-owned and BYOD devices securely
Monitor device health, compliance status, and remediation actions
Enforce data protection using App Protection Policies (MAM) and DLP controls
Integrate Intune with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for enhanced security posture
Troubleshoot enrollment, policy,



application, and connectivity issues
Perform Intune tenant administration, reporting, and auditing
Support OS patching, feature updates, and endpoint compliance reporting
Ensure alignment with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements
Document configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines
Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with Service Desk teams
Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap, Intune features, and security best practices
