Responsibilities
• Acquire new CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) customers through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Cross-sell Banca, Forex, Unsecured Lending, and other relevant products to CASA customers to drive growth
• Manage and grow the CASA portfolio by implementing targeted campaigns and initiatives to increase account balances and transaction volumes




• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for CASA acquisition and value growth
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve overall business objectives
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting on CASA performance and activities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
• Proficient in using relevant software and digital tools to support sales and customer management activities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives
