Job Summary
The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee The Implementation Of Asset Management Strategies Using Itil Principles And Servicenow, Ensuring Compliance With Service Level Agreements And Timely Revenue Generation.
2. Manage Escalations And Crises By Utilizing Bmc Remedy And Ca Service Desk Manager, Ensuring All Tasks Are Resolved According To Agreed Sla Norms.

Validate Operational Reports And Ensure That Services Align With The Statement Of Work (Sow) By Applying Best Practices In Asset Management And Operational Hygiene.
4. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing Current Frameworks And Initiatives That Leverage Automation And Self-Service Capabilities In Avanti.
5. Drive The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities And Facilitating Self-Driven Initiatives To Optimize Service Delivery And Reduce Costs.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong Proficiency In Asset Management And Itil Frameworks.
2. Expertise In Servicenow, Bmc Remedy, Ca Service Desk Manager, And Avanti.
3. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
4. Solid Understanding Of Operational Hygiene And Reporting Standards.
5. Ability To Implement Strategic Initiatives For Customer Satisfaction Improvement.

Other Requirements
1. Itil Certification Is Highly Recommended.
2. Servicenow Certification Is Optional But Valuable.
3. Relevant Certifications In Asset Management Tools Are Beneficial.
