Job Summary
BizTalk Server – Senior Consultant (E2)

Role Summary
Provide support for BizTalk Server environments, ensuring smooth message processing, system availability, and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor BizTalk applications, interfaces, and message flows
• Handle incidents, failed messages, and suspended instances
• Perform basic troubleshooting when required
• Use BizTalk Admin Console / BizTalk360 for monitoring and alerts
• Support deployments, restarts, and routine health checks

Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Server
• Understanding of adapters, pipelines, orchestrations
• XML fundamentals and basic SQL knowledge
• Windows Server and ITIL-based ticket handling

Experience
• 6-8 years in Biztalk support
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
