Job Summary
Job Description :Job Description – AWS/IaaS – L2 Administrator

• Hands-On and build highly available and scalable AWS infrastructure utilizing services like EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, EKS, RDS, etc.
• Knowledge and Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting Windows Servers issues.
• Knowledge and Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting complex IaaS issues across various services (Networking, Storage, VMs, etc.)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Implement disaster recovery plans for critical AWS resources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks for AWS resources.
• Understanding of Service Now and exposure on handling Business as usual Tickets, Tasks etc.
• Implement custom monitoring dashboards and scripts for proactive problem identification
• Utilize performance monitoring tools like Amazon CloudWatch to identify and address performance bottlenecks
• Participate in proof-of-concept projects and contribute to technical architecture discussions
• Manage and maintain documentation for AWS infrastructure and deployments.
• Implement and manage security best practices and controls for AWS resources.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing initiatives within the IT team




• Contribute to the development of AWS best practices and documentation within the organization

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Azure Iaas And Windows Environments By Troubleshooting Complex Incidents, Conducting Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues.
2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Uphold Security Posture By Resolving Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas And Adhering To Company Policies.
3. Contribute To Knowledge Management By Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Facilitating Training Sessions For New Staff, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Performance.
4. Drive Initiatives Aimed At Improving Customer Experience And Csat By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Case Rejections And Reopens, And Proactively Mitigating Potential Security Threats.
5. Ensure Compliance With Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Executing Support Functions, Continuously Seeking Ways To Enhance Operational Effectiveness.
