Job Description
• Drive collections and recoveries through agency field teams within the assigned geography.
• Achieve collection, resolution, rollback, and productivity targets.
• Monitor and improve performance across Early, Mid, and Late DPD buckets.
• Ensure adequate manpower deployment and effective route allocation.
• Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Track delinquency trends, aging, flow rates, and portfolio health.
• Monitor field visits and ensure productivity of agency teams.
• Identify high-risk accounts and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to bank SOPs, RBI guidelines, and Fair Practices Code.
