The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, planning, compliance, reporting, fundraising, and risk management while supporting business growth and profitability. Candidates **must have prior experience in real estate or property development**. Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.* Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.* Manage project finance, construction finance, and real estate investment analysis.* Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors for funding and financial matters.* Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance across multiple developments.* Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.* Develop financial controls, policies,



and risk management frameworks.* Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management.* Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment opportunities where applicable.* Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team. Required Qualifications* MBA (Finance),CA ,Post Graduation is an added advantage.* 15–20+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant leadership experience in the real estate sector.* Proven expertise in project finance, budgeting, financial planning, taxation, and statutory compliance.* Solid understanding of real estate financial models, land acquisition, project costing, and funding structures.* Experience working with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills* Strategic financial planning and decision-making.* Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
