Our mission is to provide a great learning environment for cricketers of all ages and genders, aiming to be amongst the top three indoor sports facilities in Chennai.Role DescriptionThis is a Full-time on-site role for an all-rounder Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper at Elite Cricket Academy. The role involves managing Centre Administration, supporting the coaching staff, managing student enrolments, processing payments, social media management, financial statements, bookkeeping, using accounting software Zoho to submit monthly GST and TDS returns, handling finance-related tasks, and creating journal entries (accounting) as part of day-to-day responsibilities.



You will be learning and developing in a agile environment, where no two days will be the same.QualificationsAdministration in an office environment, working with Stakeholders like Coaching staff and customers, handling customer enquiriesFinancial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Accounting Software skillsExperience in handling finance-related tasks and creating journal entries (accounting)Knowledge of financial management and accounting principlesSocial media content creation and initiating and managing business development activitiesManaging the onsite sports store and liaising with customers and stakeholdersAdministration in an office/retail environment, working with StakeholdersAttention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keepingProficiency in MS Excel and Zoho softwareDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
