The organization emphasizes long-term growth, reliability, and customer-centric development, offering team members an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a growing market.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the complete accounting cycle from journal entries to finalization of accounts.Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.Verify purchase invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supporting documents before recording transactions.Prepare and maintain Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance, including return filing, ITC reconciliation, challan payments, and statutory requirements.Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits, taxation, and year-end financial closing.Maintain petty cash, monitor cash flow, and prepare periodic MIS reports.Process payroll,



including salaries, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, employee reimbursements, and full & final settlements.Handle online banking transactions, including RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, vendor payments, customer receipts, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers.Process foreign remittances, prepare supporting documentation, coordinate with banks, and ensure compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations.Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.Maintain project-wise accounts, contractor billing, customer collections, and other real estate-related financial records.Preferred Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.3–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, online banking, foreign remittances, and statutory compliances.Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Excel, and banking portals.Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Baner, Balewadi, Sus, Pashan, Aundh, Bavdhan, Wakad, Hinjawadi, or nearby areas of Pune.
