If you enjoy sharing knowledge, simplifying complex coding concepts, and shaping careers, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality training sessions in Medical Coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS)Train freshers and entry-level candidates across multiple specialties such as:Radiology & Interventional RadiologySurgery (Multi-specialty)E/M & ED CodingHCC / Risk Adjustment CodingAnesthesiaMedicineDevelop and deliver structured training modules, presentations, and practical exercisesConduct assessments, mock tests, and provide detailed feedback to traineesGuide students on real-time coding scenarios and industry best practicesEnsure students understand coding guidelines (AMA, CMS, NCCI, OGCR)Support trainees in interview preparation and job readinessMaintain training records, attendance,



and performance reportsCollaborate with management to continuously improve training contentRequired Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Medical CodingStrong knowledge of:ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCSMedical terminology, anatomy, and physiologyCoding guidelines (CMS, AMA, NCCI edits, LCDs)Certification preferred: CPC / CRC / CCS / RCCExperience in multiple specialties is highly preferredPrior training or mentoring experience is an added advantageKey Skills Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong teaching and mentoring abilityAbility to simplify complex concepts for beginnersGood organizational and classroom management skillsPassion for teaching and helping freshers build careersAbility to handle batches and engage students effectivelyWork Requirements Must be available for part time training (flexible hours)Mandatory onsite presence in Chennai office (daily)This is NOT a remote/online roleWhy Join Us?
