The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in admissions or inside sales, and the ability to drive team performance, student conversions, and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of 30–70 Tele-Counselors.Establish performance benchmarks and ensure achievement of admissions targets.Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives.Foster employee engagement and drive retention strategies.Admissions & Revenue ManagementDrive admissions conversions and revenue generation through effective counseling strategies.Monitor and optimize lead conversion rates and admissions funnel performance.Ensure timely follow-up and closure of prospective student inquiries.Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrollment objectives.Operations ManagementOversee daily tele-counseling operations and productivity metrics.Manage lead allocation, call distribution, and workflow efficiency.Ensure compliance with organizational processes,
