(Aligned to Co E “Competency” function.)Key Outcomes (Success Measures):Standardized role-based curriculum and module tracks (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CRM/SPM/IRM/Sec Ops/ITAM/AI).Measurable uplift in certification throughput, delivery readiness, and time-to-productivity for recent hires.Mentoring/Coaching rhythm across capability towers; “SME bench” readiness for critical deliveries.Key Responsibilities:Build & maintain structured curricula: onboarding, developer/consultant/architect pathways,



offering-specific tracks.Establish a certification and assessment plan (CSA/CAD/CIS/Micro-certs); define pre-reqs and progression.Run mentoring programs, office hours, “tech talks”, hackathons, and knowledge sharing to drive enablement.Create measurement framework: training attendance, pass rates, competency coverage, skill matrix health.Partner with Co E leadership and capability leads to forecast skill demand and align training roadmap.Must-Have Skills:8–12+ years overall; 5+ years in Service Nowecosystem with strong enablement/L&D; ownership.Strong understanding of Service Now product family and certification landscape.Instructional design, curriculum planning, adult learning techniques, stakeholder management.Nice-to-Have:Experience running enablement programs at practice/Co E scale; exposure to platform governance and delivery assurance.
