8+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Inter Systems Trak Care implementation.Strong understanding of hospital workflows (OPD, IPD, Emergency, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Billing/Revenue Cycle).Experience with Inter Systems technologies — Caché, Ensemble, IRIS for Health, or similar HIS platforms.Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Trak Care implementations (greenfield or upgrade projects).Solid client-facing skills — ability to run workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and present solutions to clinical/non-technical audiences.Familiarity with SQL/database querying for reporting or troubleshooting.Prior experience in healthcare/hospital IT domain (HIS/EMR implementations) is mandatory.Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
