We're looking for a Process Consultant with 1.5+ years of experience in Process Consulting, Business Process Transformation, Finance Transformation, or Operational Excellence to join our Intelligent Automation team.

What You'll Do

- Lead process discovery workshops and analyze AS-IS business processes.
- Design TO-BE processes focused on efficiency, scalability, and automation readiness.
- Identify opportunities for RPA, AI, Process Mining, and Digital Transformation.
- Assess solution feasibility and develop business cases for automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Automation Developers, and business stakeholders to deliver transformation solutions.

What We're Looking For

- 1.5+ years of experience in Process Consulting or Finance Transformation.
- Solid understanding of BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio,



Bizagi, Lucidchart, or ARIS.
- Knowledge of RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Process Mining.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, client-facing, and communication skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates from consulting firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, IBM Consulting, Capgemini, Genpact, Cognizant) or Finance Transformation teams are highly preferred.
