Job Description:

- Recruitment Events: Plan, organize, and execute recruitment events to attract potential Partners and Advisors. Ensure events are engaging and aligned with business objectives.
- Team Engagement & Motivation: Conduct regular review discussions and wake-up meetings to track performance, address challenges, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Agency Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard Agency Leaders from own leads. Guide and support them to drive business growth effectively.
- Business Development: Collaborate with recruited Agency Leaders to expand client base, increase insurance sales, and achieve overall business objectives.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Track recruitment progress, monitor team performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 3 years of life insurance sales experience in Channel Distribution (Agency experience preferred).
- Must be a local resident.
- Age up to 38 years.
