About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Community Head to lead and grow multiple communities through engaging programs, strategic partnerships, revenue-generating initiatives, and impactful member experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with expertise in community management, stakeholder engagement, events, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building & Engagement
- Lead and manage multiple communities through structured engagement programs and initiatives.
- Develop and execute community growth strategies to increase member participation and retention.
- Create engaging content, campaigns, contests, and member experience programs.
Events & Member Experience
- Plan, execute, and oversee online and offline community events, workshops, networking sessions, and meetups.
- Ensure seamless event management and exceptional participant experiences.
Partnerships & Revenue Generation
- Drive sponsorship opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating community initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, CSR teams, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance community growth and sustainability.
Content & Communication
- Oversee community communication channels, including blogs, newsletters, social media platforms, and app content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and community engagement across all platforms.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 community professionals.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Track, analyze, and report community performance metrics using CRM tools and analytics dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Community Management, Event Management, Member Engagement, or related domains.
- Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and community management platforms.
- Proven track record of generating revenue through community-led initiatives and partnerships.
- Strong leadership, people management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Women candidates only.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week (Saturday Work From Home).
- Comfortable commuting to ITPL, Bengaluru.
- Must possess a personal laptop for work purposes.
