We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing ServiceNow applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions according to business requirements.
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design and functional specifications.
- Provide support for ServiceNow incidents, troubleshooting and resolving issues as necessary.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and platforms using APIs and web services.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users.





Skills and Qualifications

- 6-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and update sets.
- Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
