Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Trade Lane Manager from the Freight Forwarding industry to lead and expand our India – Latin America trade operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic trade lane initiatives, and strengthening customer relationships to enhance market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement trade lane strategies to expand business in the India-Latin America corridor.
- Identify market opportunities, analyze trade trends, and create competitive pricing structures.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance trade lane efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet customer requirements and optimize supply chain processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing proactive service and solutions.

Trade Operations & Execution:

- Oversee end-to-end trade operations, ensuring smooth execution of freight forwarding activities.




- Work closely with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure service reliability.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis:

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Monitor trade lane performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or trade lane management.
- Strong knowledge of India-Latin America trade dynamics, regulations, and logistics solutions.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in freight pricing, supply chain management, and trade compliance.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, quick-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
