Key Responsibilities:

1. Airline Rate Negotiation & Pricing:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines to secure the best freight rates.
- Negotiate competitive air freight pricing to optimize cost efficiency for clients.
- Regularly update and compare rates from multiple carriers to ensure the best deals.

1. Market Research & Analysis:

- Monitor market trends, airline capacity, and pricing fluctuations to provide strategic insights.
- Analyze competitor pricing and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure pricing aligns with industry standards and company profitability targets.

1. Coordination & Client Support:

- Work closely with clients, freight forwarders, and internal teams to provide accurate rate quotations.




- Address client inquiries related to air freight pricing and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain updated records of airline rates, contracts, and pricing agreements.

Requirements:

- Experience: Prior experience in air freight pricing, airline negotiations, or freight forwarding.
- Industry Knowledge: Robust understanding of airline pricing structures, capacity management, and freight regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and freight management software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
