Role Type - Full Time

Work Mode - WFO

Shift - Night Shift

NP - Immediate to 15 days

POSITION: Junior System Administrator

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME / PERM

WORK LOCATION: BANGALORE

Job Summary:

1. Maintain the assets of pc's and laptop.

2. Monitor network communication.

3. Apply operating system updates, patches and make configuration changes to tighten security.

4. Troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network performance.

5. Setup security policy for users. Say firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

6. Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including laptop, desktops, internet, intranet,

LANs WAN's and network segments.

7. Office 365 administration like email user creation in Azure AD, License assigning, group id





creation and providing permission.

8. Should know how ticketing tools will work.

9. Manage SLA for all the tickets and preparing a document to the management on how we can

improve better in support services.

10. Experience in Implementing Network Security Solutions including Firewall, VPN, IDS, and IPS.

11. Experience in installation of Windows, configuration, technical troubleshooting, operating

systems, Microsoft application software and peripherals.

12. Having experience in working in international call centers is an added advantage
