Position: Subject Matter Expert (Chemistry)

Training: Mandatory 10 Days In-Office Training

Subject: Chemistry

Grade Level: Class 9–10 (State Boards & CUET)

Eligibility & Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in content creation for State Board or CUET curriculum will be preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Must own a laptop (Intel i5 processor or above) with a secure high-speed internet connection.
- A Pen Tablet is required for video solution creation.
- Proficient in typing in both Hindi and English.

Required Skills

- Strong conceptual understanding of Chemistry.
- Excellent content creation and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi grammar.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Ability to create accurate, error-free academic content.
- Understanding of the State Board and CUET examination patterns.

- Develop, review, and improve high-quality study materials,



including:
- Practice Questions
- Quizzes
- Mock Tests
- Study Notes
- Solutions
- Create original Chemistry questions aligned with the State Board and CUET examination patterns.
- Prepare detailed and accurate solutions following prescribed quality standards.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and academic quality across all content.
- Create questions across Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulty levels as per guidelines.
- Achieve the assigned weekly content production targets.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure timely delivery of content.

Sample Task

Task Description

Create 5 original Chemistry questions with detailed solutions.

Additionally, candidates are encouraged to submit Pen-Tab video solutions for the same five questions. Video submissions will be considered an added advantage.

General Guidelines

- Prepare the sample task using Google Docs.
- Submit the document with View Access through the provided Google Form.
- Follow all instructions mentioned in the submission form.
