Full Stack Developer (Node.js)

We are building a next-generation Microdrama OTT platform that serves millions of users. Our goal is to deliver a high-performance video platform that scales reliably while providing an excellent user experience.

What you will do

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop high-performance microservices and event-driven systems
- Build and optimize queues, background workers, and asynchronous workflows
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries for scale
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ship end-to-end features
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Contribute to architecture discussions and improve system performance and reliability

Required skills

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js
- Experience with MongoDB and Redis
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
- Experience building queues, workers, and scalable backend systems
- Familiarity with React.js or Next.js
- Experience with AWS services (S3, CloudFront)
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics

Nice to have





- Experience with video transcoding pipelines
- Knowledge of video streaming technologies (HLS, MPEG-DASH, or similar)
- Experience building media delivery or OTT platforms
