Role Description The Assistant Accounts Manager – Corporate is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role involves assisting in managing corporate client accounts, monitoring account activities, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and service requests. The Assistant Accounts Manager – Corporate will support senior account managers with client communication, documentation, reporting, and coordination between internal teams and corporate partners. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records,
preparing account-related reports, contributing to client retention initiatives, and supporting business development efforts within the recruitment vertical. The role also requires active participation in meetings, resolving client issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of service quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Manager-Minimum 10 years of experience
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities as required.
