About The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in direct sales and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with assigned leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales updates, and CRM data.
- Provide a professional and consultative experience to clients from initial interaction to deal closure.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in direct sales.
- Experience in direct sales across any industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
