This is a rare front-row seat - part Founder's Office, part HR - for someone early in their career who's organised, sharp, & genuinely likes people & process. You'll help keep the engine running behind a fast-moving agency & own the people side as it grows.

Who we are

Neuroid is an integrated growth & creative studio scaling D2C brands — 20+ people & growing fast. When a team moves this quickly, the person who keeps things organised & the culture intact is not support — they're core.

What you'll actually own

On the Founder's Office side, you'll be the founder's right hand on execution — tracking priorities, chasing follow-ups, prepping for meetings, turning we should do this into done, & making sure nothing slips through the cracks. On the HR side, you'll run hiring coordination end to end (sourcing, scheduling, keeping candidates warm), own onboarding so new joiners hit the ground running, keep people records & docs clean, & help build the small rituals that make a team feel like a team. Some days are calendars, trackers & inboxes; some days are interviews,



offer letters & culture. You'll touch all of it.

You're the right person if

- You're organised to a fault — nothing gets forgotten on your watch.
- You communicate clearly & follow up without being told twice.
- You're a people person: warm with candidates & the team, discreet with anything confidential.
- You move quick, take ownership, & figure things out instead of waiting for instructions.
- Junior is fine — attitude, reliability & hunger matter more than years.

You're NOT the right person if

- You need every task spelled out & go quiet when things get ambiguous.
- You treat follow-ups & details as someone else's job.
- You can't hold confidential information carefully.
