Role Description The Benchsales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing and placing bench IT consultants by identifying suitable job requirements, submitting profiles, and coordinating interview processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include searching and qualifying relevant job openings, maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, negotiating rates and terms, and tracking the status of submissions. The recruiter will collaborate closely with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and availability, and provide regular updates on opportunities and pipeline progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring consistent office presence and active participation in team activities and meetings.
Qualifications

- Strong bench sales and IT recruitment skills, including sourcing, qualifying, and placing consultants on relevant projects.
- Ability to build and maintain vendor and client relationships, with experience in negotiating rates, terms, and contract conditions.
- Proficiency in using job portals, professional networking platforms, and recruitment databases to identify and pursue verified opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present consultant profiles clearly and manage expectations on all sides.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requirements, submissions, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and project environments to match consultant skills with appropriate job requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior experience in US IT bench sales or IT staffing is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate closely with cross-functional recruitment and account management teams.
