Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Executive – Telecalling role based in Dehradun. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates through telecalling, explaining job roles, and assessing applicant suitability. Responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants throughout the hiring process.



The Recruitment Executive will coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies, and ensuring a professional and respectful candidate experience.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct clear and engaging telecalling conversations
