Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Ecommerce Manager with 1–2 years of experience in marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms. You will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, coordinating inventory, and supporting advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).
- Create and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords.
- Optimize product catalogues to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Execute catalogue updates including pricing, MRP, offers, and product information.
- Support Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with brands, warehouses, and marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor orders, returns,



cancellations, and fulfilment performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Ecommerce or Marketplace Operations.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Knowledge of Myntra Partner Portal is a plus.
- Understanding of Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or BigBasket.
- Good understanding of product catalogue management.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads or marketplace advertising.
- Strong Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of SEO for marketplace listings is a plus.
