(1) Sales Manager Events

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for corporate, and social events.
- Identify new business opportunities through client meetings, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and venues.
- Prepare customized event proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure client requirements are feasible and well-executed.
- Negotiate and close profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, B2B events, and industry networking forums.

(2) Operations Manager – Events

- Oversee end-to-end event execution — from planning, logistics,



vendor coordination, to on-site management.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, technical) and external vendors for seamless delivery.
- Manage event budgets, procurement, and resource allocation effectively.
- Conduct site visits and risk assessments to ensure safety, compliance, and smooth execution.
- Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports.
