Location - TCS Bangalore,Discoverer Building, International Tech Park (ITPL), Whitefield Main Road, Pattandur Agrahara, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560066.

Key Responsibilitie

sSAP M

- MSupport end-to-end MM processes: Procurement, PR/PO, Release Strategy, Inventory, Vendor Management, Invoice Verification, Subcontracting, Consignment, STO, Special stock management
- . Resolve production tickets within SL
- APerform configuration changes and small enhancement
- sConduct root cause analysis and support period-end activitie

sSAP W

- MSupport WM operations: Inbound/Outbound, Putaway, Picking, Transfer Orders, Storage Bins, Physical Inventory, R
- FResolve warehouse issues and manage MM/WM/SD/PP integratio

nAMS Activitie

- sManage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets independentl
- yEnsure SLA adherence and handle on-call suppor
- tPrepare functional specs and coordinate with ABA




- PSupport testing, UAT, and deployment
- sMaintain documentation and drive continuous improvemen

tRequired Skill

- sStrong hands-on experience in SAP MM & WM configuration/suppor
- tProven AMS support experienc
- eExpertise in Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Batch Management, Physical Inventor
- yIntegration knowledge: SD, PP, FI, Q
- MExperience with IDocs, interfaces, and issue debuggin
- gStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill

sPreferred Skill

- sTools: Service Now, Jira, Solution Manager
