Job Description
- Works closely with business leaders and be an integral part of the leadership team.
- Providing support that is aligned with business and HR strategy that enables seamless high performance.
- Designing, implementing and managing the Reward Recognition Program.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity.
- Ensures that the current joiners have the best onboarding experience.
- Owns manages the new joiners induction training for the business function.
- Creates learning and development programs for employees.
- Host events for the employees to keep the workplace fun and engaging.
- Ensuring all employee grievances are closed within a specified time frame.
