As the Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Netradyne's logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers, vendors, and service providers to achieve cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Responsible for Export and Import customs clearance, and deliveries to respective warehouses and customers.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes (e.g., road, rail, air, sea) to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Manage local warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Arrange transportation services, including freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics partners, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries,



and inventory management activities to meet customer demands and organizational objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance of logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and customs requirements related to transportation, trade, and logistics.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of logistics activities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers, carriers, vendors, and customers to support business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
