We are seeking an experienced SAP CX Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Customer Experience solutions, helping clients to optimize their customer engagement processes.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide SAP CX solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP CX applications to meet client needs.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP CX products and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

- 6-12 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.




- Solid knowledge of SAP CX modules such as SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Service Cloud.
- configuration experience in SAP CRM on Prem/SAP C4C/SAP Service or Sales Cloud Modules, implementations and configuration of SAP CX modules
- Experience with SAP integration technologies and methodologies.
- Proficient in conducting workshops and gathering business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
