Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a multi-tenant Laravel-based Healthcare Information Management System (HIMES).
- Architect scalable, secure, and modular software solutions using Laravel 9+ features and best practices.
- Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and documentation.
- Ensure the system adheres to software development best practices, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Integrate third-party services, RESTful APIs, and manage webhook-driven workflows.
- Handle large-scale data transactions and write optimized SQL queries using SQL Server.
- Work with caching strategies, queue drivers,



Laravel broadcasting, Redis, and Web Sockets to enhance application performance.
- Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Docker-based deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with domain-specific regulations, especially within the healthcare sector.
- Utilize tools like Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation and testing.
- Implement robust unit testing frameworks such as PHPUnit or Pest to ensure code quality and reliability.
