What you can look forward to as Material Compliance Engineer(m/f/d):

- Collecting Material compliance report (IMDS) from suppliers. Ensuing Compliance with environmental regulations

(e.g., REACH, RHOS, TSCA, IHM, CRM, SC-POPS, SCIP, PROP-65)

- Supplier communication and management – Request for IMDS / Review and approve/Reject supplier MDS reports.

Providing trainings and support to suppliers on IMDS requirements

- Internal Coordination work with Design/purchasing/Buying/Commodity/sales.
- Providing reports and updates on compliance status for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain Documentation for all IMDS submissions & Generate reports for audits. Stay up to date with global regulatory changes.

Your profile as Material Compliance Engineer

- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related field with at least 6-8 years of skilled experience in industry field

Purchasing topics. Should have handled exclusive commodity at least for 3-4 years

- Familiar with Purchasing processes and compliances
- Able to negotiate smartly, should have excellent negotiation Skill
- Experience with automotive Industries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
