Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon
Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Skills: Aruba, SDWAN, CUCM

Role & responsibilities

- Hands on experience of managing, configuring and troubleshooting (Including Remote) L2/L3 switches, ACL management and QoS policy, Firmware Upgradation.
- Configuration, management and troubleshooting experience of SD-WAN Gateways, Firewalls and Load Balancer with good hands on of Palo Alto Panorama.
- Experience and Knowledge in managing and troubleshooting DHCP and DNS.
- Configuration and Updating Aruba Central, Airwave, Transparent Pass
- Knowledge and experience of managing, configuring and troubleshooting Wireless infrastructure including WAPs, controllers etc.
- Experience in Cisco CUCM (Having certification will be an added advantage)



including experience of managing and configuring VoIP phones
- Hands on experience in Solar Winds, NPM, NCM, NTA and NAM to monitor, automate and manage Network Operations
- Knowledge of Asset Management, Change Management, Incident Management as per ITIL
- Field Dispatch Coordination and transition management
- Monitoring: ISP, Network, Infrastructure, Incident Logging, Resolution, Issue Triage, escalation and resolution.
- Live experience of Vulnerability and Patch Management
- Backup configuration, maintenance and management
- Experience in defining, and maintaining operational documentation
- Having CCNA, PCNSE, Aruba ACSP/ACCP is preferred.
