Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and promotion of advanced American automation products tailored for Indian industries.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Perform thorough technical and business needs analysis to recommend appropriate products.
- Follow up on sales leads and generate new business through telephone, email, and direct solicitation.
- Execute direct sales to end customers and provide support to local distributors.
- Train distributor sales engineers on company products and selling techniques.
- Reside within the assigned marketing area and manage all customer accounts in that region.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products.
- Undergo structured training in strategic selling skills,



product knowledge, and periodic travel to the US for technical and sales training.

Prerequisites / Experience:

- Proven track record in sales of technical products within any industry.
- Strong understanding of computers and mechatronics concepts.
- Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with excellent communication in English and local languages.
- Effective public speaking and presentation skills for small and large groups.
- Transparent understanding of basic selling processes with an eagerness to master strategic selling.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
- Minimum experience: Relevant proven sales experience in technical or industrial products.
