Job Description

We are hiring fresh graduates to join our dynamic Food Quality and HR teams!

Departments:

- Food Quality Department
- Human Resources (BMS-HR / MBA-HR)

Eligibility:

- For Food Quality: B. Sc (Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry) or B. Tech (Food Technology) freshers.
- For HR: BMS (HR specialization) / MBA (HR specialization) freshers.
- Positive communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Quality:
- Assist in quality checks, lab testing, and production floor inspections.
- Support documentation for audits and compliance.
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure SOP adherence.
- HR:
- Support in HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.




- Assist in recruitment coordination and maintaining HR databases.
- Help in organizing training programs and Employee relations.

Skills Required:

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/supply chain setup.
