Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Ensure hub opening/closing aligns with operational standards.
- Supervise sorters and oversee shipment sorting by route.
- Plan and allocate deliveries based on available resources.
- Train team members on operational standards.
- Create and assign run sheets /pickup sheets to Wish Masters.
- Prepare reports, manage emails, and execute ERP transactions.
- Handle cash collection, reconciliation, and ERP updates.
- Support deliveries/pickups when needed.
- Lead and motivate the team; manage attrition and grievances.
- Support adoption of current policies and processes.
- Track undelivered shipments and follow up with customers.
- Monitor Wish Masters real-time performance and provide enroute support.
- Ensure zero stock variance daily.
- Achieve team KPIs aligned with company goals.
