We help top stock-broking firms, banks, and wealth management companies hire talented people for their business teams.nJob Overviewnn Role: Field Sales Executiven Job Type: Full-time, In office (Field Work)n Location: Cochin (Kochi), KeralannIn this role, you will meet prospective customers across Cochin, introduce them to stock market trading and investment services, and help them open accounts.nWho Can Apply?nn Experience: Professionals with up to 3 years of sales experience OR fresh graduates with good personal experience trading in the share market — freshers must have actual hands-on experience on trading of stocks and other exchange related products. Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or passing interest in the stock market, without real trading experience, will not be considered.n Employment Gaps: Candidates with a gap of more than 3 months in their education or employment history need not apply.n Market Interest: Strong working knowledge of share markets, trading, or mutual funds.n Communication Skills: Must be fluent in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.nnWhat You Will Donn Meet Clients:



Visit potential investors across Cochin through field work, direct meetings, and references.n Explain Financial Services: Introduce stock trading accounts, mutual funds, and investment options offered by our client.n Convert Leads: Guide interested customers and help them become active investors.n Assist with Onboarding: Help clients fill out account opening forms, complete KYC, and upload documents accurately.n Maintain Relationships: Be the friendly, go-to contact person for your clients.n Report Daily Work: Update your daily customer visits and sales progress in simple tracking tools.nnSalary & Benefitsnn For Freshers: Fixed monthly salary up to ₹15,000.n For Experienced Candidates: Fixed monthly salary up to ₹30,000.n Incentives: Additionally, you also get high monthly sales incentives on top of your fixed salary.n Growth: Get proper training on stock market products and guidance to grow into team lead roles.nnHow to ApplynVacancies in Cochin are limited.
