- Technical Accounting/Bookkeeping skills – Australian KPO experience is preferredn
- Spoken and written English communication skills are preferredn
- Prior experience of voice calls with foreign clients is an advantage but not necessaryn

Roles and Responsibilities:

n

- n
- Reconciling and allocating day to day bank transactionsn
- Processing accounts receivable (sales) / and accounts payable (bills)n
- Organising and processing payroll in an accurate and timely mannern
- Coordinating with foreign clients and third parties such as suppliers and customers through phone calls and emails as and when the need arisesn
- Creating and posting month end journalsn
- Undertaking month-end close and reviewn
- Monthly reviews, and the generation of monthly reports and financial statements for clientsn
- Onboarding new clients,



including scoping the requirements and creating process documentation so that the client can be handed over to other staffn

Communication & other Skills:

- Confidence to communicate directly with Australian clients over email and telephone is an advantagen
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detailn
- Customer service driven (you think of solutions to problems)n
- Experience with popular software used for Australian bookkeeping, specifically XERO, MYOB, NetSuite and/or QuickBooks Onlinen

Academic Qualifications and experience:

- CA/CS/ICWA Dropoutsn
- CA/CS/ICWA Qualifiedn
- Mandatory - candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Australian Accounting Domain in a KPO based role.n
