The role requires strong expertise in Education / EdTech / University admissions sales, with a proven ability to drive conversions, manage high-volume teams, and achieve aggressive admission targets in a fast-paced environment.nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end team performance management, CRM oversight, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment goals.nKey Responsibilitiesnn Lead and manage a team of 20–80 inside sales counselorsn Drive consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targetsn Oversee complete lead-to-admission funnel managementn Monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and conversion ratiosn Handle CRM operations, reporting, and data managementn Manage shrinkage, attrition, and workforce efficiencyn Conduct regular coaching, mentoring,



and performance improvement sessionsn Ensure adherence to process, quality standards, and sales disciplinen Work in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales environmentnnRequired Skills & Competenciesnn Solid leadership and people management skillsn Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluent & confident)n Strong analytical and reporting capabilitiesn Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales dashboardsn Ability to manage large teams in a performance-driven setupn Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilityn Comfortable working under strict targets and deadlinesnnEligibility Criteriann Minimum 5 years of experience as Team Leader – Inside Salesn Mandatory experience in Education / EdTech / University / College admissionsn Proven track record of managing large teams (20+ members) and driving sales performancennWork Schedulenn 6 Days Workingn 9:30 AM to 5:30 PMn Work from OfficennSalaryn₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)nContact [email protected]
