- Teach undergraduate (and possibly postgraduate) courses in Operation Theater Technology.n
- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, lab/practical manuals, and assessment tools in line with curriculum guidelines.n
- Supervise students in laboratory-based and simulation-based training.n
- Mentor and evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and presentations.n

Research and Development:

- Engage in academic research related to OT technology and contribute to scholarly publications.n
- Encourage and supervise student research projects.n
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in OT techniques and equipment.n

Administrative Responsibilities:

- n
- Contribute to the development and review of the academic curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits,
and university events.n
- Assist in organizing workshops, continuing education programs, and faculty development activities.n
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean.n

Qualifications and Experience:
n
- n
- Master's degree in Operation Theater Technology or related field from a recognized university (M.Sc. in OTT preferred).n
- Minimum 4-6 years of teaching or relevant clinical experience in a hospital/educational setting.n
- Solid understanding of surgical protocols, infection control, and OT management.n
- Excellent communication, instructional, and mentoring skills.n
