Job Description We're Hiring: Sales Coordinator — Prabal Ply nOffice-based · Eastern Zone [Kolkata ] · Full-timennAt Prabal Ply (a brand of Ram Raj Plywood Pvt. Ltd. ), we're building more than plywood — we're building a dependable, data-driven sales network across West Bengal ,Odisha , Jharkhand , Bihar. As we grow, we're looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our sales function.n The role in one line: you're the single source of truth. Every order, every number, every scheme calculation and every field update flows through you — accurately, on time, and without gaps.n What you'll own nn Sales MIS & data control — maintain one clean, central source for primary and secondary sales, dealer-wise and executive-wise numbers, so management always works from reliable figures.n Calculation sheets — build and run Excel sheets (formulas, pivots, dashboards) for target vs. achievement, scheme payouts and reporting.n Order processing — prepare and verify order sheets from the field, then track each order from booking to dispatch to delivery.n Secondary-sales follow-up — chase the team firmly and consistently to record secondary sales at Channel Partner level and close slow-moving gaps within the period.n Field activity & TA bills — track daily routes (planned vs. actual), flag idle patterns,



and verify travelling-allowance bills before handover to Accounts.n Coordination — act as the two-way bridge between management, the field team and our Channel Partners.n Influencer schemes — calculate carpenter/craftsmen scheme points and payouts accurately, and keep records clean for verification.n Feedback loop — log field and partner complaints, route them, and close the loop.nn What we're looking for nn Robust Excel skills (non-negotiable) — VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting; able to build MIS independently.n A persistent, assertive follow-up drive — you don't let things stall.n Data discipline — organised, detail-oriented, one clean source always.n Comfort with numbers, scheme calculations and reconciliations.n Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred); 1–4 years in sales coordination, MIS or sales back-office — plywood, building materials, FMCG or dealer-distribution is a plus.n Freshers with sharp Excel skills and the right attitude are welcome to apply. n Working knowledge of Tally / ERP and WhatsApp-based coordination is an advantage.nnIf you're numbers-driven, love keeping things organised, and enjoy being the person everything runs through — we'd like to hear from you.nApply via LinkedIn or send your CV to [email protected] .n Build.
