About ControlZ ControlZ is India's Premium Renewed smartphone brand, offering quality-certified refurbished devices backed by warranty and trust. As we scale our retail and distribution footprint across India, we're looking for driven sales professionals to grow our on-ground presence.

Role Overview This is a dual-mandate sales role covering (1) Direct-to-Retail Sales and (2) Dealer Appointment, Sales & Retention for the ControlZ Authorized Dealer network. The ideal candidate is a hunter who can open new retail/dealer accounts and a farmer who can nurture and retain them.

Key Responsibilities

Direct-to-Retail Sales

n

- n
- Drive direct sales of ControlZ devices to retail outlets, mobile stores, and walk-in traden
- Achieve monthly/quarterly retail sales targetsn
- Build and manage relationships with retail counter staff and store ownersn

Dealer Appointment & Retention

n

- n
- Identify, pitch, and onboard current Authorized Dealers within assigned territoryn
- Manage the end-to-end dealer appointment process (documentation, credit terms, first billing)n
- Drive repeat billing and retention of existing dealers; monitor dealer health and reduce churnn
- Ensure dealers are equipped with schemes, pricing,



and merchandising supportn
- Resolve dealer queries/escalations and coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, service)n

Requirements

n

- n
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or channel/distribution salesn
- Prior experience in smartphone/consumer electronics sales is a strong plusn
- Strong communication and relationship-building skillsn
- Comfortable with target-driven, on-ground, high-activity sales rolesn
- Two-wheeler/willingness to travel within assigned territoryn
- Basic proficiency with Excel/reporting toolsn
