The idealncandidate will have a solid technical background combined with a passion for sales. Younwill be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products/solutions,nand providing pre-sales and post-sales support.nKey Responsibilities:n• Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating leads and coldncalling prospective clients.n• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.n• Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.n• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions.n• Prepare and deliver technical quotations, proposals, and reports.n• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.n• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.n• Keep abreast of industry trends,



competitors, and market conditions.n• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.nKey Skills and Competencies:n• Strong understanding of technical products and solutionsn• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn• Ability to translate complex technical information into business valuen• Customer-focused with strong negotiation and problem-solving skillsn• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reportingn• Self-motivated with the ability to work independentlynEducational Qualifications:n• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relatednfields)n• MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)nPreferred Experience:n• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or business developmentn• Experience in industrial products, B2B Salesn• Experience in the fasteners industry or similar industrial product categories is anstrong advantage
