We're Hiring: General Manager – Operations | Surat

Are you passionate about creating measurable social impact while leading operations, finance, and governance? We are hiring a General Manager – Operations for a well-established philanthropic organization committed to driving sustainable community development across India.

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Preference for Gujarati candidates)

n

Experience: 3-5 Years (Mandatory experience in an NGO, Trust, or Foundation)

n

CTC: ₹20-40 LPA

n

Eligibility

n

- n
- Education: B.Com. (Mandatory)n
- Additional qualification preferred: LLB, M.Com., MBA (Finance), or CAn
- Excellent English communication skillsn

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- n
- Lead operational strategy and drive scalable social development programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).n
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.n
- Develop and manage MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.n
- Ensure statutory, legal, financial, and regulatory compliance while coordinating audits.n
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, CSR partners, NGOs, trusts, foundations, and community leaders.n
- Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks using SROI, ESG, and SDG indicators.n
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.n
- Drive field implementation across rural, tribal,



and urban communities.n

- Strong expertise in operations, finance, compliance, and governance.n
- Hands-on experience implementing community development programs.n

- Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.n
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership capabilities.n
