We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder and drive day-to-day operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in quick-paced environments, can manage priorities seamlessly, and enjoys being at the center of execution, coordination, and communication.

What You'll Own

- Managing the Founder's calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Coordinating client and leadership meetings
- Managing emails, follow-ups, and action trackers
- Handling travel, logistics, and scheduling
- Driving accountability by chasing pending action items
- Maintaining meeting notes, MOMs, and operational updates




- Acting as a trusted operational gatekeeper for the Founder
