English Teacher (Primary & Middle School)n

Scotle High School is looking for a passionate and dynamic English Teacher who believes in nurturing confident communicators, critical thinkers, and lifelong readers. The ideal candidate should be committed to creating engaging, student-centred learning experiences and fostering a love for the English language.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students in Grades 1–8.n
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening skills.n
- Foster a strong reading culture through literature, storytelling, discussions, and creative writing.n
- Create an inclusive, positive, and well-managed classroom workplace.n
- Assess student learning, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.n
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.n
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.n




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.n
- Participate actively in school events, professional development programmes, and departmental initiatives.n

Qualifications & Skillsn
- n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English with a B.Ed.n
- Experience teaching English at the Primary or Middle School level is preferred.n
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.n
- Passion for innovative, activity-based, and inquiry-driven teaching.n
- Strong classroom management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.n
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.n
